Refund and Return Policy
Due to our stringent quality controls and the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept product returns. If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact info@vytabiologics.com for assistance.
Our customer support team is dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with the quality of our products, the level of service, and timely delivery. Cancellations must be requested via email before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

In the unlikely event that the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) loses a shipment and it cannot be recovered with a non-delivery confirmation, we will reship at no additional cost to you. If the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered” in the tracking, our guarantee is considered fulfilled, and we will not issue a free reshipment.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued within 7 days.
